in-innovative navigation GmbH is a European leading company for the delivery of customized software and hardware solutions in all areas of traffic control, navigation and telematics on inland waterways, coastal and offshore installations.
The company was founded by three of the Managing Directors in 1999 and has grown steadily and healthy. Since 2003, the company is located in TechMoteum, Kornwestheim. From this location, systems are delivered worldwide, today.

The innovative concept of the DHBW is unique in Germany offering regularly switching from academic studies at the university to practical training by a workplace provider. Students are not only taught theoretical knowledge, but also learn to apply this knowledge in practice. With in-innovative navigation GmbH as a partner company, it is possible for students to be directly involved in innovative projects at the highest level of technology and to develop them. Expert trainers and the individual care increase motivation and promote the academic and professional success.

Due to the international nature of the company, the students receive essential insights and key skills; they will need as future professionals and leaders.
The idea of collaboration with DHBW pays for both sides: Motivated students enrich the company and according to the results of the Statistical Office of Baden-Wuerttemberg, around 85 percent of the DHBW students sign a permanent contract before the end of their studies.
