Offshore sea space observation at the Butendiek windmill park and installation of bird radar
The Butendiek wind farm is located in the North Sea, about 33 kilometers west of Sylt. The 33 square kilometers area comprises about 80 wind turbines.
For surveillance of the area 5 radars, CCTV and redundant AtoNs (Aids to Navigation) come into operation. in-innovative navigation delivered the complete hard- and software, including all sensor systems for 5 radars, 2 display units, including AIS, MultiSensorTracker, People Tracking functionality and provided project management, installation, setting-to-work and training of operators.
