We are pleased to announce that Uwe Vögele has rejoined in-innovative navigation GmbH as Managing Director as of November 2025.

Together with Dr. Thomas Gern, he will assume responsibilities in the company’s leadership with a focus on finance.

Uwe Vögele has a long-standing connection with IN for over 20 years and was already part of the company’s management team from June 2011 until December 2022. With his deep understanding of our organisation and extensive experience in the maritime technology sector, he brings valuable expertise back into the company.

By welcoming him back to the management team, IN strengthens the continuity and stability of its leadership and sets a clear course for the continued development of innovative navigation technologies.
