The coastal traffic service system comprises 46 radar locations, central and redundant signal processing in 3 data centers, 5 traffic control centers. in-innovative navigation also provided support during installation of components, setting-to-work, approval and training of operators and technicians.

Surveillance of the Port of Basel and the Rhine River, and a direct connection to the fire department of Basel

The Swiss Rhine ports are the most important hub for Swiss import/export. The traffic volume associated makes reliable traffic surveillance indispensable, with participation of local authorities that have access to the VTS data via the internet.
in-innovative navigation delivered the entire hard- and software inclusive radar, AIS base stations, display of traffic situation in the operation center, display in the command and control center, display in a web environment. As the main contractor, in-innovative navigation was responsible for project management, installation, setting-to-work and approval of the system.

The installation of the offshore transformer station of Global Tech I was already monitored with the in-innovative navigation surveillance application

Global Tech I is one of the first commercial German offshore wind farms in the North Sea. in-innovative navigation GmbH installed a powerful maritime traffic surveillance system for this wind farm, presenting all essential information in an ideal way to the operator on the offshore platform itself and at the center on land. The operator can recognize any dangerous situation at a glance and react in time to them.
in-innovative navigation delivered the entire hard- and software, including all sensor systems for 2 radar locations, 3 display units inclusive AIS, MultiSensorTracker, People Tracking, Airspace surveillance with ADS-B. As the main contractor in-innovative provided project management, installation, setting-to-work, and approval of the system.

Simulator for WSPS Hamburg

The German Water Police Academy (WSPS) in Hamburg provides schooling for all officers of the Water Police throughout Germany.
The Radar Simulator (RASI) allows conducting radar and navigation exercises, both on coastal and inland waterways, taking into account specific conditions and characteristics of each.
The system consists of three trainee consoles that are set up like real ship bridges with original radar, radar display and navigational instruments. Two instructors can accompany each exercise and change conditions anytime during runtime on the user friendly GUI.
in-innovative navigation delivered the software simulator producing a realistic situation environment, using all sensor signals, converting radar information into analog signals to integrate certified radar systems, and provided project management, installation, setting-to-work, approval of the system and training.

Installation of CSS along the entire Estonian coast

Designed and built to ensure the integrity of the Estonian territory and territorial waters, the system identifies and recognizes surface and air targets in the responsibility of the Estonian Border Guard. The system installed along the 500 km coast line includes Short Range Radars (SRR) and Long Range Radars (LRR). Information is processed and integrated with components of in-innovative navigation.
Delivery of the entire data processing for 20 radar locations includes radar detection of low flying objects and AIS, multi sensor fusion in 4 centers, as well as support during installation, setting-to-work, approval and training.

Simulator for raw sensor data, used in a Wide Area Multilateration system for air traffic

The airspace around Frankfurt is one of the busiest and largest in the world. There, the first operational Wide Area Multilateration (WAM) system of Germany has been installed. This comprises support for a collaborative air traffic control, the transponder based sensor system MAGS
(Multilateration Air/Ground Surveillance). The high reliability requirements for such a system make comprehensive tests via simulation indispensable.
in-innovative navigation delivered the simulator software, including installation, setting-to-work, approval of the system and training.

Offshore sea space observation at the Butendiek windmill park and installation of bird radar

The Butendiek wind farm is located in the North Sea, about 33 kilometers west of Sylt. The 33 square kilometers area comprises about 80 wind turbines.
For surveillance of the area 5 radars, CCTV and redundant AtoNs (Aids to Navigation) come into operation. in-innovative navigation delivered the complete hard- and software, including all sensor systems for 5 radars, 2 display units, including AIS, MultiSensorTracker, People Tracking functionality and provided project management, installation, setting-to-work and training of operators.

The traffic on the Rhine River at Oberwesel is detected and guided with the highly sophisticated system inVTSbox

The highly bended section of the Rhine River, between Oberwesel and St. Goar with Loreley, puts high demands on traffic coordination, especially since the traffic volume increases steadily and vessels are bigger than in the past. For a safe passage, precise coordinated encounters are essential. Therefore, traffic is detected and monitored with AIS and radar and the highly sophisticated VTS system of in-innovative navigation presents the traffic image in the RVZ Oberwesel.
Delivery comprises soft- and hardware for data processing for up to 6 radars, an AIS network with 3 base stations, traffic viewport in operation centers with up to 6 display units. As the main contractor in-innovative provided project management, installation, setting-to-work and approval of the system, as well as training to all staff levels.

Monitoring of traffic within and around the Riffgat offshore wind farm

Riffgat is an offshore wind farm near Borkum Island. To prevent collisions and collateral damage, sea surveillance around and within the offshore farm is done by radar with simultaneous integration of AIS information.
The delivery of the system by in-innovative navigation comprises the entire hard- and software, including all sensor systems for 2 radar locations, 3 display units inclusive AIS, MultiSensorTracker, People Tracking, Airspace surveillance with ADS-B. As the main contractor in-innovative provided project management, installation, setting-to-work, as well as approval of the system monitoring system and training of operators.

Upgrade of the Costal surveillance system in Estonia with 20 radar sites

Upgrading the Coastal Surveillance System for the entire coastline of Estonia comprises the complete sensor data processing for 20 radar locations, including specific radar detection of low flying objects and AIS, as well as multi sensor fusion and display in 4 regional and 1 nationwide center, supporting installation of components, setting-to-work, approval and training.

CSS in East Africa

in-innovative navigation as subcontractor, sets up a nationwide CSS (surveillance and protection of the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ)) in East Africa, including 16 radar stations, each of them equipped with to operator working stations. The order comprises supply and installation of the landside infrastructure necessary as well as the integration of vessels and airplanes. Besides radar information, AIS and satellite AIS data,  satellite imagery is also included and presented in all three traffic centers located in the capital Maputo. Furthermore, a training center is built to educate local nautical personnel. New intervention resources as high-speed patrol boats and airplanes will be equipped with mobile guidance systems.
